Naphthalene-based High Range Water Reducing Concrete Admixture is a powder admixture based on naphthalene powder associated with chemical synthesis products. It can improve the early and final strengths of concrete by giving rheoplastic property. It is specifically formulated to meet the needs of the concrete industry. It can greatly improve the workability of concrete, thereby reducing the water consumption for mixing, and can significantly increase the strength of concrete.

 

Naphthalene-based High Range Water Reducing Concrete Admixture has a high water-reducing rate, good fluidity, slight slump loss over time, and no segregation or bleeding. Meanwhile, it can significantly improve the fluidity and strength of concrete at all ages, especially the later potency, which has a significant enhancement effect.

 

 

Naphthalene-based High Range Water Reducing Concrete Admixture possesses the features of no retarding, no air-introducing, superplastic high water-reducing and strength enhancing. It has no chloride, low alkali content, low sulphonate, and high purity. It can be widely used in different concretes with less dosage and easy to use.

 

It can be widely used in various concrete projects such as railways, highways, bridges, hydro-powder, ports, docks, industrial & civil buildings, prefabricated components. It can be applied to make flowing, strong or steam-curing concrete. The minimum working temperature can be as low as 0℃degrees. In steam curing, concrete with superplasticizer has to be strong enough before heating. The steam curing specification has to be pre-tested. It is particularly used as base material for compound admixtures.

Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 1.5% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the quality of cement, aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.

 

 

It is packed in 25kg woven plastic bag, 25kg kraft paper bag, 650kg/700kg jumbo bag.

 

 

Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production.

If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
